I was fortunate to have Kshitiz Anand as my tutor on Airtribe. He mentored us on a Systems Thinking course and I was immediately impressed with his eye for detail and focus on taking a holistic approach towards any situation.

During the course, he challenged our assumptions. His feedback helped me to think about everything with a systems thinking perspective. It also inspired me to take my practice to next level with better understanding.

When the course finished, I knew I wanted to continue working with him as my mentor on a one-on-one basis, and in doing so I have benefited immensely from his insights and encouragement.

Apart from being immensely energetic and empathetic, he is also a polymath who actually lives with his eyes and heart open for all things happening around him.

Deep learning of subjects like systems thinking is difficult to achieve except through an ongoing process of mentoring. Kshitiz makes this deep learning possible through his true passion of sharing and spreading knowledge. I wholeheartedly recommend both his process of teaching and his mentorship. It has made me a better consultant, better designer, and a better thinker too.

And when we insert a digital experience to simplify some of these interactions, the so called "best practices" and "frameworks" in product management often end up being square pegs in round holes. I had a great learning experience with Kshitiz's course on systems thinking for designers. While the course was quite exhaustive in terms of content and spread over 2 months.
