Responsibilities:

Recognize and adopt best practices in software engineering: design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
You build, test, deploy and maintain software keeping the end goal in mind.
Interacting with designers, architects and other coders to analyze the requirement and possible solution options.
Documenting component and program decisions of components owned using collaborative tools like Wiki.
Testing the product in controlled (DEV and QA) environments before taking it to production.
Investigating product issues and bottlenecks and providing reliable solutions.
Proactively drive design and code reviews and be part of code and design reviewers as needed.
Continually strive towards making the design robust and code better

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Java coding, design experience.
Exposure to JVM based languages like Java, Scala, Clojure.
Designing, coding, testing and debugging applications in a distributed environment
Knowledge of Microservices and must have experience of implementing a few Microservices by the least.
Knowledge of API driven platform development & Software Integration
