We are looking for a stellar AI Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems and preferably worked on agentic process automation. You will be part of Whatfix labs and working on a product which is aiming to fundamentally redefine how the world interacts with enterprise applications. You will work with a close-knit motivated AI first engineering team.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements with a bias towards faster TTM & learning
  • Ability to stack rank stories with effective balance of customer problem/value, applicability to broader target market and utilisation of development resources
  • Drive product backlog for sprint planning with clearly articulating the user stories such that it drives development tasks which fits the sprints
  • Build an effective evaluation set with a goal of highest accuracy for target customers use cases
  • Build consensus across stakeholders – Management, Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development -- by clearly articulating the product decisions and choices


What you need to have/ bring to the table:


  • Must have 2-3 years experience as a Product Manager for B2B/Enterprise market with ownership from concept to launch
  • Agility & proven experience of working in a AI first product initiative with successful launch & customer adoption
  • Experience addressing concerns around product adoption with use cases such as onboarding / First time use, ongoing usage & friction points is highly desirable
  • Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person with customers & users in our target segment with deep empathy around customer process & pain points
  • Proven experience of taking decisions based on validated learning combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Experience driving solutions by working with design, developers, along with other internal & external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
