About Role - As a Product Associate , you will be reporting into the Associate Director - Product s. You will work with the India APAC division of Emeritus and play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, crafting, and launching new products , driving product strategy , and ensuring optimal learning outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with various teams specializing in Product marketing , Performance marketing , learning design, delivery, revenue management and Sales in your day-to-day activities.


  • Key Responsibilities


Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify global and local course opportunities by analysing learning market trends, exploring existing U niversity partnerships, and seeking new collaborative opportunities.


Product Development: Create or enhance courses, considering pricing strategies, market positioning, and unique value propositions. Collaborate with University Relations, Learning Design, and relevant stakeholders throughout the product development phase.


GTM Strategy: Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Product Marketing teams on Targeting and Communication strategies.


Deliver Revenue and Contribution Margin Targets: Work closely with Revenue, Marketing and Sales teams to boost enrolments and deliver targets for newly developed or upgraded courses.


Enhancing Learning Outcomes and Learner Experience: Initiate projects that enhance learner outcomes, such as job connections, networking avenues, and continuous learning opportunities.

Product Launch Expertise: Demonstrated experience in successfully launching products and assessing their market fit and revenue potential.


Scaling Proficiency: Proven track record of scaling products by identifying and capitalizing on underserved market opportunities.


Innovation & Collaboration: Ability to think out of the box, drive innovative projects to success by effectively collaborating with diverse teams.


Data-driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to inform product strategies, measure performance, and make informed decisions.


Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives .
