Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Engineering, Content, and Sales to define product requirements
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements, user stories and create comprehensive product specifications and architecture for each product
Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, and SQL to monitor product performance and drive product strategy
Support in managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Conduct market research & competition benchmarking to identify customer needs and gaps in our product
Assist in developing and updating product roadmaps and ensure deliverables align with company goals
Communicate product plans, benefits, and results, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all company employees & users
Requirements
2+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
Proficiency in Google Analytics ( CleverTap/ WebEngage or alike) is a must; having the ability to comprehend and establish events and metrics, analyze data, and make informed decisions
Proficiency in SQL is necessary for analyzing large datasets and automating scripts
Knowledge and experience in A/B testing and utilizing data-driven approaches for product development
Experience in conducting user research, market research, user interviews, and soliciting feedback
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for effective performance
