About the job Bernstein Private Wealth Management has an opportunity for an individual to work as an Associate on the Private Client Product Management Team, supporting the growth of the Core & Alternative Product Platform. With the continued expansion of our Product Platform, the Associate will be a critical team member providing support to this fast-growing segment of the Private Client business. The Associate will partner with the Product Management Team to assist in managing day-to-day operations in support of the Core & Alternatives Platform. In this capacity, they will serve as a critical link between portfolio teams, management, Sales Advisors and Associates we well as other private client and AB departments. Job Responsibilities Key Aspects Of The Role Include Overseeing daily servicing in partnership with the team and Operations Partnering with Fund teams and Investment Strategies on marketing collateral related to the broader platform Trouble shooting and answering questions as it relates to our products and procedures from Sales Advisors and Associates Developing, analyzing, and tracking key performance metrics Monitoring deadlines associated with fund activity such as closings and capital calls. Following up with Sales teams on outstanding client level account activity Partnering with our IT teams on projects relating to the service of our portfolios and efficiency of the platform Partnering with Legal and IT to ensure all new fund documentation is loaded and maintained on DocuSign as well as identifying and executing any enhancements to the DocuSign platform Collaborating with Client Service, Sales, and the team on ad hoc product initiatives Qualifications The ideal candidate will: 2-3 years of professional experience; preferably in financial services Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment and work well under pressure. Highly motivated self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and they should have demonstrated success in managing many areas of responsibility at once Strong detail orientation Proficient use in Microsoft Office Suite.
