Associate Product Manager at Bright Money

What will you be doing?

• Work directly with Engineering, Business, Operations teams and Product leadership to scope out product requirements and manage weekly product launches
• Leverage the data to understand the needs, motivation, and behavior of Bright users
• Define and own the metrics that determine business, product, and operational success and track these metrics to improve and evolve your product.
• Interface with the customer support team to solve Product and Tech issues and incorporate them into the product plan
• Manage stakeholder communications around the product

What should you bring with you?

• 2-3 years of experience in Product Management - Product Analytics, Product Growth
• Excitement to work in a consumer tech product for the U.S. consumer
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of technology and design of data-intensive consumer products
• Knowledge of Python/Django will be added advantage
• Excellent communication skills to work with Product and Engineering Leaders
• High-growth startup experience preferred
