Conduct market or competitor research, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends
Understand and analyze user needs.
Discover problems/opportunities in product operations and brings up to the notice of leads and assist in prioritizing.
Design and Execution
Collaborates with designers, engineers, QA, support and other stakeholders giving a clear understanding of what we are doing and why.
Write clear and detailed product specifications and job stories.
Work with design and engineering teams through feature implementations, tracking timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
Define success metrics, and instrument what needs to be tracked. Then measure and analyse product use and adoption, helping identify issues or growth opportunities and iterate.

Minimum 2 years of product experience of designing features in either a B2B or a B2C setup
