As an Associate Product Manager, you will be understanding the Market direction, competitive landscape & customer needs to build the Product Strategy & Product Roadmap.
You will be responsible for setting up the analytics & conducting regular analysis for guiding the product direction along with the Senior PMs
Conduct user research to gain insights and feedback to incorporate into the product.
Responsible for data analysis, root cause analysis, extracting information, speaking to customers
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical methods to extract actionable insights
Database Management: Be super hands-on with databases, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and availability. Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to design and optimize data structures.
Release Planning: Work closely with the product development teams to contribute to the release planning process. Provide data-driven recommendations on feature prioritization and help define success criteria.
Launch Analysis: Analyze the impact of product launches and feature releases. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of each release and identify areas for improvement.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes. Analyze results to inform product decisions and iterate on feature implementations.
User Insights: Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences. Utilize user feedback, surveys, and qualitative research to inform product strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, designers, and developers to drive product improvements
Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Present findings to leadership and make recommendations for product enhancements
Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with product analytics
Hands on experience with SQL / MongoDB
Minimum 1.5 years of experience required in product management or related field
Great communication skills to explain ideas, gather & incorporate feedback and share opinions
Ability to troubleshoot with engineers and triangulate on fixes required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related disciplines
Proven experience in a product analyst role, with a strong track record of using data to drive product decisions
Expertise in SQL and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
