We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the industry.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user problems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive product development from ideation to launch. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and achieve key metrics, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company’s strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies taking into account market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. Prioritise and maintain product backlog.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
  • Data Literate Performance Analysis: Build dashboards and monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback pre and post-launch to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product specifications, user stories, and training material.
  • Stakeholder management and Cross-Functional Leadership: Closely collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Product Requirement Documents and User Stories for the Engineering teams. Ensure successful product delivery, foster collaboration and communication across departments.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in related roles in preferably consumer product management organisations. Familiarity with product management methodologies, including agile practices and user-centred design.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, specifically growth related metrics. Build data dashboards using SQL.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, influencing and leading without direct authority.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
