Role Definition & Overview

GreyOrange is looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the growth of multiple B2B SaaS products. Working closely with Product leadership, you will translate product strategy into execution by defining product requirements, prioritising enhancements, and driving feature delivery. You will own the continuous improvement of products after launch through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.


Roles & Responsibilities

● Own the definition and delivery of product enhancements aligned with the product strategy.

● Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and technical debt.

● Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.

● Drive continuous product improvements using customer feedback, product analytics, and operational insights.

● Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver high-quality features from concept to launch.

● Monitor product success metrics, analyse feature adoption, and recommend future improvements.

● Drive release planning, UAT, and launch readiness.

● Investigate product issues, prioritise bug fixes, and communicate product progress to stakeholders.


Required Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field/Master's from a tier-1 college

● 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Business Analysis, Consulting, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.

● Excellent written communication with experience writing PRDs and user stories.

● Ability to use data to drive product decisions; familiarity with SQL or product analytics tools is a plus.

● Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
