Role: Associate Product Manager/Product Manager

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Gurugram Sector 42

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Department: Product

About the Role

Hero Vired is looking for a Associate Product Manager/Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution across our learning platform and enterprise offerings. You'll work closely with engineering, design, growth, SEO and business teams to build products that improve learner outcomes, take enterprise products from 0 to 1, drive traffic and growth funnels and manage stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap execution for one or more areas spanning the learning platform (courses, LMS, student experience), growth and conversion funnels, and B2B/enterprise-facing products such as ERP and LMS systems, including partner and university integrations and enterprise workflows.
  • Translate business goals and user research into clear product requirements, user stories, and specs that engineering and design can act on.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship features end to end, from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Define and track success metrics (activation, engagement, conversion, retention, referrals, CSAT, NPS) and use data to prioritize the roadmap.
  • Run user research and gather feedback from students, university partners, and internal stakeholders to identify problems worth solving.
  • Prioritize a backlog across competing needs from different product areas, balancing quick wins with longer-term bets.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management with direct product ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship features from idea to launch, with clear outcomes.
  • Comfort working with data: defining metrics, reading dashboards, and using data to make prioritization calls. Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Search Console is a plus.
  • Good design sense, with the ability to build working prototypes using Claude or other AI tools, and hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or similar AI coding tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write clear specs and align stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience or strong interest in EdTech, growth/marketing-led products, or B2B/enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Structured problem-solving approach and comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus but not Mandatory.

What You'll Get

  • The opportunity to own meaningful product areas at a fast-growing EdTech company.
  • Close collaboration with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • A high-ownership environment where your decisions directly shape the learner experience, drive growth and onboard University partnerships.
