About the job Job Title: Product Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our music licensing company. As a Product Associate, you will play a critical role in overseeing a specific aspect of our product. The work will involve working on key product features basis user interviews, market research, discussions within Hoopr, and understanding business requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analysing key metrics associated with the product to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company. Responsibilities: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product leads, engineers, designers, and content specialists, to gather and understand business requirements for the assigned aspect of the digital product. Collaborate with the tech teams to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the assigned product feature, adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Conduct research and market analysis to gain insights into industry trends, competitive landscape, and user behaviour, and leverage this information to inform product development decisions. Monitor and track key metrics related to the assigned product aspect, such as user engagement, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue, using appropriate analytics tools and platforms. Generate regular reports and presentations on the performance of the product, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for enhancement, usability improvements, and bug fixes, and collaborate with the tech teams to prioritize and address these issues. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Provide training and support to internal teams, such as customer support and sales, regarding the assigned product feature, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively communicate its value and benefits to customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience in a management, product coordination, or related role, preferably where you have had a large degree of ownership. Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, to track and analyse key performance metrics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
