The impact you will be making


  • Drive the product roadmap, and the product life-cycle for next-generation enterprise supply chain software.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders (e.g., engineering, functional & client success) to define the product vision, brainstorm/validate ideas & concepts, create significant differentiators, and manage the assigned product from inception/early-stage to maturity.
  • Drive requirements analysis, build long-term product backlogs, determine the scope of each release, develop user stories, and partner with EMs to oversee the end-to-end execution process (ideation - design – development - quality assurance – launch.)
  • Define and track product success metrics, and drive adoption. Incorporate client feedback into the development life-cycle.
  • Identify risk parameters (including technical risks), maintain actionable risk registers, and drive the mitigation efforts. Regularly communicate the risk management status with different stakeholders.
  • Estimate and track the build and running costs of the product, and provide these inputs to product leadership, finance & sales functions.
  • Closely collaborate with UX designers to ensure best-in-class user experience, thereby improving engagement and adoption.


What Lands You This Role


  • At least 6 years of enterprise product management, preferably in Supply chain, ERP or HCM products.
  • Solid Agile/Scrum knowledge, especially in software estimation and measurement/reporting. Experience with Jira/Confluence & product management boards.
  • Process-oriented with an eye for details, and a keen focus on user experience, design and usability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
