Manage the product lifecycle from defining roadmap, defining use-case, writing PRDs, managing development and release, tracking metrics and product growth.
Demonstrate a strategic approach to whats important to the business, react appropriately in high-pressure situations, and able to prioritize tasks quickly in ambiguous situations.
Track industry and marketplace trends to continually assess and enhance product and the user experience
Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and prototypes through collaboration with other teams.
Define and document product features
Conduct user research and analyse data to develop a deep understanding of the needs of current and potential customers.
Manage product features delivery in an Agile development environment
Work closely with the Engineering & Product Design team to document wireframes, design, and user experience
Manage the QA and testing process and work with the team to ensure all features are tested and functioning properly
Manage the ongoing maintenance of the products and ongoing issues and bugs
Monitor and analyse key metrics in order to continually optimize the product and to report to senior management. Use of the shelf tools and hacks to develop prototypes in no-code approach.
Identify all barriers to feature adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar role, building web and mobile apps.
Results-oriented self-starter with a bias to speed, and a strong sense of ownership.
Demonstrated experience in generating ideas for new features and enhancements and the ability to execute on those ideas.
Proven track record driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Attention to detail.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and ability to explore tools to help build features with no-code approach.
Prior experience in Fintech is a plus but not mandatory
