We are seeking an entrepreneurial, and hands-on product managers for our cloud communications platform - Airtel IQ. Responsibilities:

1. Independently set the product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes

2. Identify team combinations that optimize the delivery of projects

3. Work with cross-functional teams that include sales, marketing, finance, and legal to launch products with high velocity and refine products based on customer feedback

4. Drive clarity on highly complex and ambiguous projects

Qualifications:

6+ years of product management experience.

Defining and Identifying Product Strategy

Experience in designing workflows and automating them is a plus

Technical skills sufficient enough to understand complexity without developer inputs and work with developers/architects to make the right technical trade-offs Strong communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity
