Job Title: Associate Product Manager - Customer Experience (AI & Platform)

Company: Super.Money (backed by Flipkart)

Location: Bengaluru, India Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

At Super.Money, we aren't just building another fintech app; we are reimagining how users interact with their finances. We believe that trust is the currency of the future, and that trust is earned through an exceptional Customer Experience (CX).

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Product Manager to join our CX Product team. In this role, you won't just be managing tickets; you will be architecting the future of Agentic AI in fintech. You will build intelligent systems that don’t just "answer" users but understand, act, and resolve complex financial queries autonomously.

If you are obsessed with LLMs, passionate about data, and want to build the "Iron Man Jarvis" of customer support, this is your arena.

What You’ll Build (The Mission)

● Next-Gen Agentic AI: Move beyond basic chatbots. You will design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex user intents. You will work on the bleeding edge of LLM evaluations, continuous training loops, and human-in-the-loop systems to ensure our AI is both empathetic and accurate

● The "Pulse" of the User: Build sophisticated Voice of Customer (VoC) engines. You will create products that capture sentiment not just in-app, but across the digital ecosystem (Socials, Playstore, Community Forums), translating "vibes" into actionable product priorities

● Intelligent Platforms: Modernize the infrastructure that powers human agents. From smart telephony stacks to AI-assisted ticketing platforms, you will ensure our human support team has superpowers

● Growth via Service: transform CX from a cost center to a retention engine. You will optimize the funnel where great support meets high retention, using analytics to turn satisfied users into brand evangelists.

Who You Are

● The AI Native: You understand the difference between a scripted bot and an Agentic workflow. You have a proven track record (or deep personal projects) involving Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures

● Data-Obsessed: You don’t guess; you measure. You have deep expertise in analytics and can slice through funnels, retention cohorts, and CSAT metrics to find the "why" behind the data

● Customer-First Thinker: You have deep empathy for the user. You understand that in fintech, a support query is often a moment of anxiety, and you design products that bring calm and clarity

● Technical & Vibe Coded: You can speak API specs with engineers and discuss brand sentiment with marketing. You are comfortable scraping the web for insights and prioritizing features that move the needle

Key Requirements

● 1-3 years of experience in Product Management (Fintech or Consumer Tech preferred).

● Must-Have: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with building AI/ML products or Agentic tools.

● Strong analytical SQL skills and experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

● An entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in high-paced environments where you own the outcome.

Why Join Us?

● Impact: Work on a product that impacts millions of financial lives.

● Innovation: We aren't catching up to AI trends; we are setting them.

● Culture: A flat hierarchy where the best idea wins, backed by the stability and ecosystem of the Flipkart group
