Associate Product Manager - B2C/Internet at Absolute

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with senior product managers to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Create detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Continuously refine and clarify requirements throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Participate in release planning and coordination activities. Ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure a deep understanding of the product's capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in an internet/B2C internet product company.
• BE/B Tech in CS or related fields from Tier 1/2 Colleges. MBA would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which delivers world-class user experience through various B2C/internet products
