Key responsibilities:
● Drive the product strategy and execution and contribute to Frido's overall new products vision and strategy to improve the shopping experience.
● Lead the shopping product squads and partner with Tech, Design, Data teams, and other key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap.
● Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams like marketing, branding, and operations to drive GTM planning and execution for new shopping features to improve user conversion and engagement rates.
● Work with the Head of product to arrive at the next steps & experiments. This will include leading discussions, engaging in debate, and driving an opinionated group to reach a conclusion.
● Turn ideas into projects, and lead or guide those projects to successful outcomes.
● Manage and grow our shopping squads, you will be responsible for their success
● Evolve our product function to be ever-ready for upcoming scale driven via our organizational vision.
● Exceptional communication skills that enable clear articulation of vision, strategy, and execution
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
● Strong prioritization and focus, including comfort-making tradeoffs
● Adept at thinking strategically and maintaining a big-picture perspective
Must Haves:
● 2+ years of experience leading product teams with a strong track record of shipping high-quality physical products and market launches.
● You should be able to demonstrate a product you've helped ship over this time, and explain how and why it did or did not succeed.
● Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
IMP - Must have experience in overseeing and building consumer physical products (End-to-end product lifecycle) (Non-technical).
