Responsibilities
• Execution
o Develop Product Requirements Documentation, feature lists, prioritize features for development, work with UX/UI designer to implement requirements into wireframes, mockups, final designs
o Work closely with engineering team to plan development of prioritized list of features, support sprint planning,
o Work with QA team to ensure product requirements are understood and testing plans are developed. Ensure product releases are tested comprehensively by QA team and also support product testing
o Support creation of user training materials and strategy
o Support in keeping business development and customer success teams abreast of new product releases and features
o Deep dive into product metrics and usage data to understand problems and develop solutions to address them
• Planning
o Develop an understanding of specific customer segments, business problems, industry requirements, competitor product landscape
Requirements
• 1-2 years of software business analyst / product management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Keen interest in the automotive domain
• Attention to detail and design sense (UX and UI), eye for improving user experience in digital solutions
• Good communication, presentation skills – ability to simplify and present complex concepts in an easily understandable manner
• Customer focussed
• Organized in your work
• Diligent and able to take ownership and drive initiatives
• Hands-on Experience with Mixpanel / Google Analytics / or similar tools would be a bonus
• Prior experience as a developer or designer would be a bonus
