Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fintech Product Manager based in Bengaluru, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Fintech Product Manager will oversee the development and growth of the platform, manage the product lifecycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align the product roadmap with company goals. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback, defining product requirements, collaborating with design and engineering teams, setting key performance metrics, and ensuring seamless product launches. This role requires a balance of strategy, technical expertise, and market insight to drive growth and innovation within the fintech industry.


Qualifications


  • Experience in Agile product development methodology, roadmapping, and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong user research and analytics skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data insights
  • Knowledge of fintech trends, financial planning, and investment advisory services
  • Familiarity with AI-driven fintech solutions and data privacy regulations such as SEBI compliance guidelines
