Spinny | Group Product Manager


Spinny is looking for passionate, collaborative, data-driven individuals to join our Product team. We are a team of tinkerers, builders, and dreamers working together to make car ownership accessible, simple, and delightful. In this role, you will work closely with the engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders to help build and improve products for our customers, employees, or partners.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the key metrics for a product and help define clear, measurable goals for the same
  • Ideate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and tradeoffs
  • Communicate and evangelize the roadmap across the organization
  • Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap
  • Write product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams
  • Work with engineers and designers to execute on the roadmap
  • Monitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as needed
  • Lead and mentor a team of PMs, helping them grow while driving execution excellence


Who you are:

  • B.Tech / B.E and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred
  • 8-12 years of product management experience in an agile development environment
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don't
  • Proven experience leading teams of PMs, owning end-to-end charters and working across multiple product lines or initiatives
