Onboarding Enhancement: Develop strategies to streamline and enhance the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand the product's value proposition and can start using it effectively.
Feature Adoption Strategies: Work closely with customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points. Devise strategies to increase the adoption of key features that provide the most value to customers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategies: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Develop targeted campaigns or features that encourage customers to expand their usage of the product.
Customer Feedback Integration: Gather feedback directly from customers, customer support teams, and sales teams to understand pain points and areas for improvement. Translate this feedback into actionable product enhancements.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings. Use this information to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Product Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with the broader product team to align growth strategies with the overall product roadmap. Prioritize initiatives that contribute to both short-term growth and long-term product success.
Partnership and Integration Opportunities: Identify potential partnerships or integration opportunities that could enhance the product's value proposition.
Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on growth metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics.
Desired candidate profile:
Excellent Communication,persuasion, Presentation skills and strong bias for action is a ‘MUST’ for this job.
Experience with toolsets (but not limited to) like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Clever Tap, LSQ, Mix Panel, VWO, A/B Testing, Jira, Confluence etc. will be an added advantage
An ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing high-growth consumer or SaaS products.
