What you’ll do here at Mudrex:
At Mudrex, we believe that few smart people with the right talent and intent can achieve much more than large teams. Saber is a small team inside of Mudrex with independent distribution and product pathways. Hence we are looking for one person who we can take up responsibility for not only for product solutioning but also work with business on client onboarding and relationship management.
This gives you a unique opportunity to work closely on both the product roadmap and the business lifecycle. You will work directly with customers on both onboarding them, as well as being a key PoC for long term retention.
- Build up a strong understanding of Crypto Off Ramp-onramp business both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective.
- Leverage your expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients, bringing new logos onboard. Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities
- Work with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g. Engineering, Product, Legal and Finance) to lead complex product development and solutioning
- Understand and analyze customer's business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
- Be a critical part of the sales cycle and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Apart from this basic value, we would also like the candidate to have:
- 2-4 years of FinTech/Payments/Crypto product experience in roles focus on revenue-centric sales.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both business, operations and technology teams internally and externally.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
- Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person/online meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
