Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives for scrum teams, define sprint outcomes, and ensure timely release of products and solutions.
· Work closely with the product engineering team to drive product requirements and manage the complete lifecycle of products/modules under your responsibility.
· Build, groom, and prioritize the backlog using KPI/data-driven decision-making, placing value on data over opinions.
· Define use cases, propose solutions, and support them with research data.
· Write detailed product requirement documents for the Engineering team.
· Collaborate with the design team to define the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the product.
· Drive product releases by prioritizing features and functionalities and making trade-off decisions with the product engineering team.
· Monitor industry trends and evangelize new offerings and solutions to the leadership team, aligning tactical roadmaps and requirements with strategic goals.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, account leads, operations, and customer success teams to coordinate releases and deliver high market-acceptance products.
· Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Requirements:
· 0-2 prior experience in Product Management.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or product management certification is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Basic knowledge of product management tools and methodologies is a plus.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Passion for technology and understanding of market trends.
· Prior internship or work experience in product management, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
