Junior Product Manager at Yabx

JOB DESCRIPTION

For these markets, we are looking for Product analyst who will be supporting in managing the day to day Lending operations around Lending platform uptime, working towards customer update, repayments, driving customer engagement , customer communication etc

• 3-5 years product experience, preferably in any of the following: consumer loans, personal finance, Micro finance, consumer durable loans Priority Sector loans
• Proficient with the latest methods of product discovery and development
• Develop Micro credit products across Retail and Merchant customer segments.
• Be the owner of the customer experience
• Drive adoption and uptake
• Ability to understand and develop multiple levers across customer lifecycle for Lifecycle management.
• Experience in using multiple Marketing & sales channels to drive business
• Solve customer issues working closely with Engineering and Support teams
• Understanding of levers in driving a profitable portfolio
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert it into a proper product concept and integrate into product roadmap
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results
• Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces
• Drive technical teams to deliver desired elements to support business
• Appreciation of UI/UX design principles will be an advantage ensure that lending products are meeting customer needs and delivering value.
