Lead Product Manager at Ola

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

Qualifications:

• MBA from one of the top reputed Business schools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of success in launching and growing successful products.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of Internet technologies, software development processes, and product management frameworks.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
