Responsibilities:


  • Utilize statistical and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights about product adoption, utilization, and efficacy.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring insights are incorporated at all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to understand user behaviours and needs, incorporating a user-centred approach into data analysis.
  • Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data-driven tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Harness a wide range of data sources and methods to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, serving as a go-to resource for digital product analysis and marketing best practices.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website and marketing campaign performance.
  • Extensive breadth of professional knowledge and experience in the domain of Product, Digital and Business Analysis
  • Web analytics expertise using Google Analytics (or similar) to track core performance metrics.
  • Behavioural analytics expertise using tools such as HEAP that allows INTO to follow customer/user journeys through our product and content, enabling a deeper and more segmented understanding of engagement and subsequent conversion.
  • A/B and multivariate testing, utilising tools such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly or Google Optimize.
  • User experience feedback capture, using tools such as Hotjar.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry, including knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
  • Data visualisation and dashboard design, including creation of appropriate metrics to understand performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences and work closely with key stakeholders across a range of teams, such as product management, product development, management information and market research.
  • Strategic thinking, with curious mind and critical thinking strength
  • Leadership qualities – a strong sense of ownership and accountability and desire to ensure continuous improvement in work of team and impact on design of products being delivered.
  • Experience working in the Agile environment.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills (in English)
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision, with excellent attention to detail.
