Product Analyst - I at Glance

Key Responsibilities:

• App Instrumentation Expertise: You will be the go-to person for ensuring accurate and comprehensive app instrumentation across the platforms (Android, iOS, web), enabling smooth data collection and seamless analytics implementation.
• Funnels and User Journeys: Analyse user behaviour and app interactions to identify key user funnels, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimisation, enhancing the overall user experience, and find out the opportunities to enhance engagement levels.
• Detailed App Analytics: Dive deep into the data to uncover insights that reveal user preferences, pain points, and behaviour patterns, contributing to a continuous improvement cycle.
• Multiple Analytics Reports Creation: Develop and maintain a suite of insightful analytics reports, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at regular intervals. You will interacting with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
• Dashboard Wizardry: Leverage your skills in Excel, analytics tools, and Power BI to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards that bring data to life and empower stakeholders to make informed decisions effortlessly.
