The Role

We are looking for passionate early team member who loves technology, challenges, startup culture and is a Doer.

What's in for you

• You will working closely with founders having extensive 10+ years experience in management and technology, building startups in ed-tech and consumer domains.
• We are in-process of forming our core-team, if you find us a good fit and we do too, you will be elevated to full-time and possibly for a long ride with ESOPs and grow with us in faster rate as we grow
• We don't force rules and structure, work as you like and but we just expect you to stick to deadlines and have utmost transparency/integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work with founders day-to-day to brainstorm on features, requirements and research to build tangible solution
• Wireframe/prototyping of the solution keeping user experience in mind
• Cross-collaborate with the technology and marketing team to streamline plans and tasks
• Monitor and assess the product’s performance with data to make data-driven decisions
