Role Title: Intern- Product Management

Location: Bangalore, KA, IN (Work from Office)

Role Purpose:

Assist Product Managers in tasks such as market research, data analysis, and project coordination to support product development initiatives to ease operational tasks for PMs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Help develop and refine product features from inception to launch.
• Contribute to ideating and validating new features to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Aid in ongoing analysis of user feedback to improve product experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of product strategies.
• Assist in managing product backlogs and development milestones.
• Participate in QA and testing to ensure product quality standards are met.

Soft Skills/Business Skills:

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle functional deep dives with engineering.
• Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Must have Technical / Professional Qualification:

• MBA/B.Tech from a top tier Institute
• Certifications for relevant tools, a plus
