What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with deep analytical and product management skills to join our Product & Design Team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and excited to learn the ropes of building and scaling SaaS products. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to help deliver exceptional user experiences and impactful features. You will conceptualize, design and build applications to enable millions of businesses to move online with superior visual content.


What will you do?

  • Product Research & Discovery: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback gathering to inform product decisions. Identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Feature Development: Support product managers in defining and refining product requirements, translating business goals and customer insights into user stories, specifications, and wireframes. Work with design and engineering teams to create high-impact, user-friendly features.
  • Roadmap Support: Assist in the development and management of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals. Track and report on progress toward key milestones and product releases.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, churn, and feature adoption. Provide insights based on data analysis to recommend improvements and inform future product iterations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product launches. Help coordinate efforts between teams and ensure that everyone is aligned on goals, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to better understand customer needs and pain points. Gather feedback to help shape product enhancements and improve the user experience.
  • Documentation & Communication: Help create clear, detailed documentation including feature specs, user stories, release notes, and product updates. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


What you must have ?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in SaaS products, technology, and product management as a career.
  • Strong in data analytics, esp using SQL or any data dashboards such as Metabase, Tableau, etc
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep into data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with different teams and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar
