Product Management Internship at Badho

Responsibilities:

• Drive positive outcomes for Badho by leveraging technology to solve customer problems and enhance user experiences.
• Take ownership of product discovery, execution (sprint management, user stories), and impact feedback (user research, event analytics).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Help cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation, inspiring your peers to bring out their best.
• Contribute to process design and optimization efforts to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in problem-solving through technology or process design, whether through internships or business ventures.
• Passion for product management and a desire to contribute to Badho's vision of revolutionizing the retail sector.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Full-time availability a must, hybrid nature of work (3 days in office)
