Qualification & Eligibility:

• Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Engineering/ Business related fields.

Skill Sets:

• Ability to think strategically, simplify, and prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
• Good with numbers. Excellent problem-solving skills & learner with a steep learning curve.
• The attitude of Complaining less & getting things done.
• Excellent communication, Analytical, and Multitasking skills.
• Exposure to technical skills in Excel, SQL, and Wireframing tools will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers. Analyze current customer journeys to define friction points and enable seamless and effortless experiences
• Set and Measure Success Metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritization
• Help monitor the status of ongoing projects at all times and continuously assess risks and impacts to delivery schedules; lead cross-functional solutions to complicated problems..
• Understanding the raw requirements given by Business & finding the corner cases and formulating them into requirement documents.
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, Design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
