RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • BA should have strong Retail Banking Knowledge.


  • Problem solving, Presentation, Active listening, Innovation:


  • Extensive experience in Retail/Branch banking including Cash, Operations, Teller, Relationship Management, Credit, Sales, customer service.


  • Good experience in manual testing of Retail Banking applications especially in the Branch side


  • Aware of various Banking regulations.


  • Familiar with Computer usage & word, excel, etc.


  • Good analytical, grasping and problem solving skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • High levels of initiative and creativity.


  • Good communication skills to work in a cross-locational team.


  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with larger cross cutting team to build apps.


  • Documentation and writing skills.


  • Ability to analyze and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking.


  • Understanding of different systems for various banking products in the domain.


  • Excellent analytical skills.


  • Discuss/debate on issues by being open & fair and escalate, if necessary.


  • Ability to identify the best solution.


Work Experience:


  • 5-8 years of project experience for large organizations of which, two-year experience in banking solutions.


  • A combination of operations knowledge with expertise in system applications.

  • Work closely with BA Lead on product enhancements.


  • Elicit, analyze, specify and verify business requirements.


  • Create high-level requirement documents.
