Description
What will you do?
Product Strategy: Communicate a clear product roadmap of prioritised features & initiatives to (a) widely distribute JioCinema, (b) prevent customer churn, and (c) create smooth pathways for new, dormant, and past customers to re/join JioCinema organically
Product Execution: Ship products that execute stated Growth strategies effectively through clear & actionable product specs (PRDs, GTM plans, Jira Issues, etc.) and hands-on sprint management to ship high quality products within cost / quality / time budgets
Influencing People: Drive the retention team to operate a high quality retention program via Clevertap. Influence the digital marketing team on SEO matters and martech configurations via Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, Firebase,etc
Customer Insight: Generate actionable quant insights. Deeply understand customer behaviour on earned media (Google search, social shares, etc.), owned media (SEO pages, PNs, etc.) and paid media (digital marketing). Closely monitor metrics related to new and returning customers with great attention
