Role Overview


As a Senior Product Manager (Acquisition & Monetisation), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and driving key business metrics. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities


  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for acquisition and monetization initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Conversion Rate, Repeat Transactions, Retention, and Engagement.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of product features and enhancements that directly impact user acquisition and monetization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of core B2C product management experience with a proven track record in building and scaling consumer-facing applications.
  • Impact: Demonstrable experience in driving measurable impact on key business metrics, including Revenue, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Repeat Transactions, Retention, and Engagement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-centric products.
