Product Manager - Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Job responsibilities

• Supports development of product strategy and roadmap; collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision making
• Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals 
• Participates in product planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Apprentice with product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• 2+ years of experience in either a relevant domain area, product management, project management, or equivalent expertise 
• Developing level knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Exposure to product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and emerging data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency. 
• Excellent communication skills ensuring transparency across all stakeholders. 
• Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment. 
• Experience with Business Process and Decision Modeling.
• Database technologies and data governance, SQL, Tableau to wrangle and visualize data, API development.
• Atlassian agile planning and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Planner, Portfolio, Align, etc.).
• Agile certification a plus. 
• Operational experience a plus. 
• Wealth management experience a plus.
