Product Manager at 5X

Key responsibilities

Execute

• Design and build experiences for the data teams which will make their day to day work great. We expect our customers to spend a lot of time on the product and making it enjoyable is a top priority
• Take ownership for product roadmap and build visibility for all stakeholders through research and experimentation
• Communicate until saturated. We are 100% remote company and as such need great communicators who are making sure everyone is on the same page

Collaborate

• Work closely with Engineering to deliver the product experience which delivers beyond customer expectation
• Collaborate with other PMs, Marketing and Research to be the leader of product and keep enforcing the customer viewpoint within the product
• Keep focus on our product philosophy so that we can keep improving every day

Lead

• Take lead in building strong and collaborative product culture and become advocate for the same within the company
• Be the link between 5X and larger user community so that we can be part of the conversation

Qualifications And Skillsets

• Bachelors degree
• Demonstrated ability to build tech products. Hackathon, Personal project etc
• Ability to communicate, influence and enable 5X organisation as well as our customers. Be the voice of customers by building product that solve their core problems
• Ability to work closely with engineering team and lead execution as product lead. You will be the true customer representative within the team
• Preferably exposed to data tools domain and familiarity with modern data stack
