Role : Product Manager Education Technology


We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, & scale-up of core technology platforms across our student, faculty, & sales ecosystems.


This role sits at the intersection of business, academics, operations, & technology, & will directly impact learning outcomes, operational efficiency, & growth.


You will own products end-to-end from problem discovery to delivery & adoption.


Key Responsibilities


  • Product Strategy & Vision :
  • Define & drive the long-term product vision aligned with business goals, student outcomes, & market trends.
  • Lead user discovery through interviews, field visits, usability testing, and data analysis to validate problems before execution.
  • Translate user insights (students, parents, faculty, admins) into a clear product roadmap. Identify new opportunities to expand product capabilities & improve engagement.
  • Establish clear success metrics & continuously evaluate product performance using data. Act as a thought partner to internal teams, influencing decisions through data.
  • Product Development & Execution :
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle : ideation, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, & iteration.
  • Create clear, developer-friendly documentation including PRDs, functional specs, user and business flow diagrams, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering team to define deployment strategies & release plans
  • Operational Excellence & Scale :
  • Lead product operationalization across multiple countries & centers with standardized processes & best practices.
  • Ensure smooth rollouts, onboarding, & feedback loops for new features & platforms.
  • Build tracking mechanisms for adoption, usage, & business impact.
  • Foster a product-first culture by enabling stakeholders to use products effectively
  • Ensure high standards of product quality, reliability, & user experience across web & mobile platforms.

  • 3+ years of product management experience in building & shipping software products. Strong understanding of product, business, & adoption metrics.
  • Proven experience taking products from ideation to launch & iteration.
  • Experience building consumer-facing products from scratch (not just incremental optimizations) is a strong plus.
  • High motivation to solve real-world problems in the EdTech domain for students, teachers, & parents.
  • Bachelors degree from a Tier I engineering institute (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent).
