About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product strategy, shaping and executing innovative solutions for Asper.ai's platform.You will define product requirements, conduct market research, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products. You'll serve as a bridge between business, design, engineering, and customers, ensuring products meet both market demands and technical feasibility.

This role will require you to ensure that the product vision is seamlessly executed, driving innovation and business growth.


What You Will Do:

Market Research & Product-Market Fit:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competition, and evolving customer needs.
  • Analyze the product-market fit to guide the development of features and prioritize solutions that best meet market demands.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the liaison between customers, business teams, marketing, design, and engineering.
  • Advocate for customer needs, gather continuous feedback, and analyze key performance metrics to align the product with business goals.


Define & Document Product Requirements:

  • Conduct user interviews to understand customer behaviors, pain points, and needs.
  • Prioritize user problems based on impact, aligning solutions with the overarching product vision.
  • Document clear product requirements and ensure they are actionable for development teams.


Product Development:

  • Collaborate with data engineers, application engineers, and testers to ensure the product is developed according to plan.
  • Own the product development lifecycle, defining the “What” and working with the team to design the “How.”
  • Assess the impact of engineering decisions on product behavior and performance.


Sprint Execution & Scrum Activities:

  • Contribute to sprint goal-setting and facilitate scrum activities to keep the team aligned and on track.
  • Monitor progress and ensure the team stays on schedule with deliverables and timelines.


Feature UAT (User Acceptance Testing):

  • Lead feature-level UAT on new software developed by the engineering team post-deployment.
  • Raise bugs in JIRA and track their resolution to ensure the final product meets quality standards.


Effective Communication:

  • Maintain open communication with key stakeholders, keeping them informed about the product’s progress, roadmap, and goals.
  • Ensure alignment on the product vision, roadmap, and key objectives.


User Adoption Tracking:

  • Track user adoption across features post-launch to gather insights for further product optimization.
  • Use tools like Mixpanel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.


What You Bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS environments (must have).
  • Preferred background in Engineering (IT/CS), ideally with a degree in general management (MBA) or specialization in Product Management.
  • Basic understanding of software architecture and code (beginner level).
  • Familiarity with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and/or experience working on AI/ML-based products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively convey ideas and gain cross-functional buy-in.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and manage tight deadlines with high efficiency.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, ensuring results are delivered quickly and effectively.
