Position Description: As Product Manager in the Attentive, you will be responsible for one or more product lines at Attentive. You will own the product lifecycle - from market research, gathering requirements, to prioritizing and aligning with stakeholders, writing PRDs, managing development sprints and tracking metrics. This is a high business impact leadership role with high ownership and direct visibility.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research -combination of primary and secondary to research to build an understanding of our customers, internal platform users, their needs & pain points
- Solutioning -developing hypothesis based on the research, iterating to define product requirements
- Designing- working with design team to translate the product requirements into a delightful UX and UI
- Execution -working proactively with engineering teams to build out the product in the most efficient way
- Gathering feedback- designing methods to understand how users are using the product, through product analytics, surveys, conversations. Identifying relevant and impactful feedback and incorporating it in the product roadmap Stakeholder management
- Independent long-term thinking -taking a step back from the daily hustle to think about the long-term future of your products
- Mentoring - guiding a team of junior APMs and ensuring they are able to growth and take more ownership of product areas
Requirements
- Post graduate /graduate or Bachelors in Engineering, Design a tier-I institution or relevant experience with a high-growth career trajectory
- Minimum 3 Years of experience working with any SaaS/Tech or Product based company as PM/APM
- Strong ability to break down problems in a structured manner, have customer journeys understanding and knowledge of UI/UX concepts in digital products
- Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights using SQL or Excel or product analytics tools like PostHog.
- Ability to create wireframes in Figma or any other similar tool.
- Experience working at an agile SaaS company/start up in a product/tech role is a plus
- Good to have experience as a software developer or prior coding knowledge
