Product Manager at BLKBOX.ai

ROLE:

• Craft amazing product experiences that delight our customers
• Collaborate with design, engineering and marketing to deliver a product and brand of remarkable quality
• Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product decisions
• Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution
• Prioritize and manage the sprint backlogs.
• Organize and facilitate Sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups and work with the teams to alleviate any blocks/dependencies.
• Define product features, facilitate and manage backlog grooming sessions.
• Break down feature sets into stories for the design, engineering, and testing teams to deliver on.
• Analyze competing products in this space for feature parity and capability comparisons.
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision & strategy
• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management or relevant experience
• Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies
• Work intensively with leadership and teams to prioritize and communicate
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to build creative user experience
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
