Product Manager at BridgeUp

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, from conception to launch.
• Craft and implement product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Exhibit strong leadership by influencing and driving teams toward achieving business and product goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest fintech trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive forward-thinking product strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Good to have: Hands-on experience in the fintech space, with a preference for candidates who have worked with banks.
• Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling financial products.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
