Product Manager at Dice

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape and translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Engage with customers and partners, both directly & indirectly, through workshops, meetings, and research initiatives to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Contribute to the product strategy and vision by gathering detailed inputs from cross
• functional stakeholders and research.
• Contribute to building consensus among cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decision-making within senior-level audiences, and driving management team decisions.
• Provide market and company-specific research, evaluation of the partnerships that fill capability gaps in our products.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market demands.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases in collaboration with sales and engagement teams.
• Define and track product performance and metrics.

Product Development

• Manage product feature lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Envision and design experiences that delight customers. Author detailed, crisp requirements and user stories for these experiences.
• Work closely with design and engineering, clearly articulate requirements, collaboratively develop innovative solutions and provide strategic direction and oversight to development teams
• Drive the development process using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high quality releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or other relevant streams.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the field of spend management or related domains.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with APIs, SaaS and developer tools .
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
