Responsibilities:
‣ Requirement Gathering: For every product - conduct interviews and collect business requirements, write use cases, understand business rules (for loans) and complex financial calculations to determine eligibility and write detailed features functionality.
‣ Documentation: Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document [BRD], Functional Requirement Document [FRD], etc.
‣ Wireframing:
a. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
b. Do iterative prototyping with storyboards, process flows, wireframes, mockups and sitemaps.
‣ Relationship Management:
a. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
b. Work with external banks and lenders to understand their requirements and automate credit policies.
c. Liaise with IT to drive the product roadmap and client commitments
d. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams.
‣ Project Management:
a. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
b. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
c. Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology team
Desired Skills:
‣ Minimum of 2- 4 years of relevant experience.
‣ Experience in banking or finance industry is a plus.
‣ You are self-motivated to get things done and Self-starter.
