Key Performance Areas:

• Focus on Product Life Cycle - Sprint Planning in Squad, Work Cross Functionally with BA & Design.
• Activities - User Story creation & maintenance. Ensuring holistic requirements with set standards are in place in Azure for on-going activities.
• Publishing projects to Product & leadership team, taking requirements from business stakeholders and maintaining a log of new activities & planned projects.
• Monitoring & Report Publishing - Cloud Acquisition Numbers on various parameters - Track User behavior , Sourcing , Drop Rates , Risk, KYC & Cross Sell parameters, Funneling & Building Analytics with DSG to help build a better UX .
• Activities – Work with DSG to create funnels @ Quick Sight for Acquisition as a journey and various subset journeys such as – Cross Sell, Credit Cards, and VKYC. Liaise with tech to enable the control points/alerts.

Testing & QA co-ordination with QA team:

• Work with QA team for testing on on-going projects, ensure checks and balances are done for all product launches.
• Maintain a requirement to Test sign off time line & publish the same separately.

CMS portal maintenance:

• For activities in CMS portal & Direct us. Enablement of New Communications, URLS, & maintenance of Content from SEO & Language perspective.
• Take all necessary approvals before changes are pushed on UAT.
