Product Manager at Magpie

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a top 50 NIRF ranking institution.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of DE-FI/CRYPTO is preferred.
