Product Manager at Native Teams

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify new product opportunities
• Drive product development efforts from conception to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver business value
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market and customer insights
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance and user experience
• Manage product-related communications, including documentation, marketing materials, and user guides

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
• Familiarity with financial platforms and products is a plus
