Desired Qualifications


  • 10+ years of relevant hands-on product strategy experience with cloud or enterprise software
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Order to Cash applications, including CRM, Billing and Order Management – ideally including customer deployment experience
  • TMF Certification is a must
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment
  • Quick learner, self-starter, self-motivator
  • Able to both see the big picture and be detail oriented (e.g., care with wording, document formatting, following standards, etc.)
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work with international teams across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of communications networks technologies & services and cloud native applications

  • Educational Background: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant functional area.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of ten years in product development, consulting, or a related field.


Responsibilities


  • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for Order-to-Cash within the DBE Solution in alignment with TMF ODA principles and related TMF Open APIs.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed technical and architectural product requirements.
  • Guide decisions around product order orchestration, integration with OSM, BRM, and Siebel, and ensure alignment with TMF standards.
  • Facilitate design discussions and technical workshops with a collaborative, data-driven approach.
  • Own and manage the product backlog with a focus on system design, integration, automation, and platform stability.
  • Write and prioritize detailed user stories and acceptance criteria focused on features such as automated scaling, disaster recovery, and load balancing.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, QA, UX, solution architects, and business leaders to validate designs and priorities.
  • Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve product performance, availability, and user experience.
  • Support pre-sales and implementation teams with deep product insights and guidance.
